Registration of New User
Users must create a Log In Name using thier Company Name or Owner's name.
Users must create a secure Password, which should include a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols for enhanced security.
Account Verification Process
Users will receive a notification via email to verify thier account upon successfull registration.
To complete the Profile Update
Users must complete thier profile information in the system.
Users must ensure that thier phone number and email addres are valid and reachable, as they will be used for important communications and notifications.
Document Verification
Users are required to set an appointment date for document verification through the system.
On the day of the appointment, users must bring thier original license to the Procurement Unit for document checking and verification.
Approve Registration
Only users who have completed the full registration process (Steps 1 to 4) will have their registration approved and will be granted access to view tender notices in the system.
Participate in Tender/ Quotation
Only registered and approved users are eligible to purchase tender or quotation documents through the system.
Collection and submission of tender documents will still be conducted over the counter at:
